Structural Design and Function
Brass radiator valve usually consists of valve body, spool, warm pack and sealing assembly. The valve body is compact in design, suitable for DN15 pipeline interface to ensure smooth water flow. Warm pack is filled with medium (e.g. paraffin or gas), which drives the spool to adjust the opening through thermal expansion and contraction to realize flow control. Some models are equipped with nickel plating to enhance corrosion resistance and prolong service life.
Applicable Scenarios and System Compatibility
The valve is suitable for low and medium pressure heating systems, such as home radiators and small commercial buildings. Its DN15 specification matches common radiator connections for easy installation. Compatible with water, oil and other media, but need to avoid strong corrosive liquids.
