The mechanical traditional temperature control valve head is an automatic temperature adjustment device widely used in heating systems such as radiators and floor heating water distributors. Its core adopts wax temperature pack (or liquid expansion) temperature sensing technology, and pushes the valve core through the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction to realize automatic adjustment of water flow, without electric drive, simple structure, stable and reliable.

No batteries or external power supply are required, and it relies on physical heat-sensitive materials (such as paraffin wax or special liquids) to sense ambient temperature changes and automatically adjust the valve opening, making it suitable for power-off or humid environments.
The mechanical structure is simple, the failure rate is low, and the service life can reach more than 10 years.
Energy-saving, gas-saving, automatic constant temperature
When the room temperature reaches the set value, the expansion of the temperature drum pushes the valve core to close the small water flow, reducing heat waste, and saving 10%-20% compared to manual valves.
It is suitable for intermittent heating scenarios, such as lowering the temperature during the day and automatically keeping warm at night.
