Simple and reliable structure: using bimetal or temperature-sensitive media (such as liquid, gas) as the sensitive element, through the temperature change triggered by physical deformation to drive the spool action, without external power supply or complex circuits, low failure rate, long service life.

Energy saving and high efficiency: the user can manually set the room temperature (usually 8-28 ℃), the thermostat automatically adjusts the radiator hot water flow according to the temperature difference. For example, when the room temperature is close to the set value, the temperature-sensitive medium in the liquid temperature package shrinks and drives the valve spool to open up, increasing the amount of heat dissipation; conversely, the valve is closed down, reducing energy consumption.

Flexible installation: Provide built-in (temperature packet and valve body integrated) and external (temperature packet separated by capillary tube) two kinds of structure, to adapt to different installation scenarios. The external type can avoid the interference of the radiator obstruction and ensure the precise temperature sensing of the temperature packet.

Strong compatibility: It is suitable for double-pipe system (high resistance valve) and single-pipe system (low resistance valve), balancing the hydraulic force by adjusting the weight of the valve (usually designed to be 50%), avoiding the fluctuation of differential pressure affecting the control accuracy.

Convenient maintenance: the valve body and pipeline using threaded connections, support for non-stop water replacement spool, and built-in filters to prevent clogging of impurities, reducing maintenance costs.

Economical and practical: compared with the electronic thermostat, mechanical thermostat cost is lower, and no electromagnetic interference risk, widely used in residential, office buildings and other scenes.
